These Terms of Service, otherwise known as the "TOS", can change at anytime it is up to you (the player) to be aware of the changes at all times. Any major changes will be announced via the Game Announcement Board. The TOS applies to every account. Subscription All subscriptions are one-time, you will not be billed for anything other than exactly what you purchased. Subscription time cannot be refunded or transfered to another account. Player Generated Content To the extent that portions of this site provides players an opportunity to post and/or exchange information, ideas, and opinions in chatrooms and message boards, and via Emails, and in descriptions of shops and gangs, please be advised that Postings do not necessarily reflect the views of Bulletproof RPG. Although we periodically monitor exchanged and posted information, in no event does Bulletproof RPG assume or have any responsibility or liability for any Postings or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from their use and/or appearance on or in conjunction with this Site or elsewhere. Users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages and postings. However, Bulletproof RPG reserves the right to edit, delete, or refuse to post any Posting that violates these Terms and Conditions, as well as revoke the privileges of any user who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Connectivity Bulletproof RPG does not guarantee connectivity. Accounts This game is not intended for persons under sixteen years of age. Some content may be inappropriate for young children. By signing up for an account you are stating you are sixteen years old or older. Players found to be underage will have their accounts terminated by staff. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. A game account belongs to the person that signed up for the account. BPRPG does not recognize nor cater to account transfers. Censorship Bulletproof RPG is not censored. Harassing players and/or staff is considered bad manners. You may be banned from chat rooms, or message boards if you verbally abuse staff or other players. Gang Censorship Gangs are privately monitored and do not need to follow game decency laws. They do however need to follow other game laws. Game Law All players agree to follow all game laws, and understand that breaking game law will result in punishment. Intellectual Rights Any individual who attempts to reverse engineer, hack, gain unauthorized entry into or undermine the system integrity of the Bulletproof RPG will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law. System Interference Players agree not to interfere with site operation and page content. Any automated software written to interact with the game is strictly forbidden. System Failure Bulletproof RPG shall be not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement (Connectivity, loss of account information) if such failure is caused by events or conditions beyond Bulletproof RPG's reasonable control. Use of the site constitutes agreement with the current terms and conditions.
